Corporate Accounts - A
Company Account may be established
after completing a credit application.
We do request a credit card for the
first order, however, and will keep
the number on file. Invoices go out
within three days after the order is
placed. If payment is not received
within 15 business days of the date of
the invoice, the amount will be placed
on the credit card. Any Bill PAST DUE
BY 60 DAYS or more will incur a $25
late fee.
Personal Orders require payment
by check, cash or credit card. We
accept Master Card, Visa, Discover
& American Express.
Basket Orders Placed for Local
Delivery by 11:00 a.m. will be
delivered the same day. Any orders
placed after 11:00 a.m. will be
delivered the next business day,
unless a future delivery date is
arranged. Same day delivery is
available after 11:00 a.m.; however, a
rush delivery fee may be incurred.
Residential Deliveries will be
made Monday through Friday between
8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Deliveries
start at $8.00. This fee covers 20
miles around New Market area. Rush
deliveries are $15.00. Residential
Deliveries made when no one is
available to receive the delivery will
be left with a neighbor if possible
and a door tag will be left with
notification of delivery and location.
Re-delivery Attempts - or
re-routed deliveries to corrected
addresses: When no one is available to
receive packages, a second delivery
attempt will be made. You will be
charged accordingly. In addition, you
will also be charged if the second
delivery attempt is due to an
incorrect address.
Commercial Deliveries will be
made Monday through Friday between
8:00 am. And 5:00 p.m. Our courier
service guarantees delivery by the
close of the business day. Fees are
the same as the residential fees
outlined above.
Special timed deliveries will be
quoted upon request.
UPS, USPS and Federal Express Service
are available upon request. Most
parcels range from $9.95 to $15.50 for
regular ground service. All other
requests for 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air
and Next Day Air, will be quoted upon
request. Our orders are shipped
regular ground service unless
otherwise requested. Penalty fees for
incorrect addresses will be charged.
Privacy
Policy:
We respect your right to privacy. Any
information you give us is strictly
confidential. We will not exchange,
share, sell or rent, any of the
information we obtain from you, with
anyone. We use your information for
the sole purpose of completing your
sale.
We are proud to offer fast service and
shipping, therefore any cancellations
must be made within 12 hours of order
confirmation.
Please be sure that all recipient
information is entered accurately,
including recipient's full name,
street address,
apartment/condominium/suite numbers,
city, state and zip code. If
cancellations are made after the order
has been processed, but before
shipping, there will be a $10
restocking fee. After we shipped your
order, unfortunately, we can no longer
cancel it.
Refund
Policy: We do not offer
cash or credit refunds. Exchanges or
replacements only. All exchanges are
honored within 15 days from receipt of
the basket.
In the event your basket should arrive
damaged, we will replace the basket at
no additional expense to you.
A basket considered
"damaged" is at our
discretion. While we choose our
baskets with great care, some basket
flaws are possible. General flaws in
the basket itself will not be
considered "damaged".
Due to product availability, the
replacement basket may not be
identical. We will make every effort
to replace it with the exact basket,
however if you purchased a basket that
we no longer offer, a substitution
will be made to your satisfaction.
The basket must be returned in the
same carton in which it was shipped,
with all original items, in original
condition. Please contact us and we
will arrange a "call tag"
for the carrier to pick up the
package.
Shipping charges on a call tag will be
our responsibility, as well as the
shipping charges to replace the
basket.
In the rare event that you are not
satisfied with the content or quality
of the basket, it will be replaced to
your satisfaction.
If the majority of the basket is
acceptable to you, we will replace any
items you feel are needed. Items will
NOT be replaced if opened, used or
consumed.
Late shipments are NOT the
responsibility of ABC Gifts and
Baskets . No refunds will be
processed for late deliveries.
Specific delivery dates can not be
guaranteed.
No refunds for cancellation on custom
baskets, if we have purchased items
specifically for that basket.
Original shipping charges will not be
refunded.
Additional delivery fees will be
charged if first delivery attempt
fails. ABC
Gifts and Baskets holds no
liability for baskets left with
someone other than the recipient.
