You didn't yet? Well, it's time to do some quick, last minute
shopping. Moms are special and deserve our best gifts and thoughts for their
special day. Scroll down for some ideas.

Last Minute Mother's Day Gift Ideas
Here are a few ideas for last minute gifts that you can get
without going shopping:
If you want Mom to remember every day that you love her, hand
write 365 love notes, and place them in a jar you decorate yourself. It will
take some time to come up with so many ideas, but it will be a gift she'll
treasure for the rest of her life. If you run out of time, do 52 (one for each
week), or even 12 (one for each month). Of course, if you go for the 12 notes,
make them very special: offer her a lunch date, a massage, offer to clean her
home, etc. Treat her to Breakfast in Bed on mother's Day: prepare
her favorite breakfast in double portion, so you can enjoy it together.
Find a nice screen saver or a nice graphic for your mom's computer: then each
time she turns on her computer, she'll see your picture on her desktop, or the
screen saver you found for her. Create a gift box with little
things she can enjoy throughout the year. Include a novel, or another book she
will enjoy (if she has any hobbies, a book related to her hobby would be
great!), some hand lotion, a candle, and maybe some chocolate.
If you have more money than you have time, than you can get her
some jewelry, perfume, a day at the spa, or even a tree to plant in her yard.
Whatever you do, put some thought into your gift, and give mom a well deserved
Mother's Day treat that will make her feel special. |
