What payment options do you have available?
You can order three ways:
-directly from the website, through our secure shopping cart
-by faxing your order at (540) 740-9437
-by phone: (540) 740-8678 (local), or (866) 740-8678 (toll free)

How can I pay?
-we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.
-you can also pay by Money Order, or personal/company check. For corporate orders, credit terms may be established on a case by case basis.

What will the shipping charges be?
The shipping and handling charges are posted for every basket for shipping to USA.

For shipments outside USA, you will receive an email with the actual shipping charges for the destination of your gift, and you will need to confirm that it's OK for us to charge the extra amount to your credit card before we will process the order.

If you would like expedited delivery, call us, and we'll let you know what the charge will be in that case.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged to all orders originating or delivered in the state of Virginia.

Will you include a personal message with my gift basket?
We can include a gift tag with your text (no more than 200 characters). Please add your message to the "Special Instructions" box during check out, or email it to us at webmaster@abcgiftsandbaskets.com

I have a coupon for my order, but when I place the order, the regular price shows up. How can I get my discount?
Simply mention your coupon code in the "Special Instructions" box when ordering, and you'll only be charged the discounted price. If paying by check or money order, we will email you the discounted total after you place your order.
