Pamper Her

Spa Essentials

Spa Essentials

Imagine this...... You come home stressed from work, only to be confronted by arguing children, a messy house and their lunches to make for tomorrow. Sound familiar? Day after day, it's the same old routine. Periodically, eating out reduces the pain and suffering but nothing reduces tension like a day at the spa, or more realistically, a good soak in the tub. If you are a concerned partner and recognize these tension build-ups, it is long overdue to shop for bath and scented gifts.

It is difficult to top the spa, but who can afford regular visits to the spa to keep our stress in check? The next best thing is to pamper yourself or your partner with bath and scented gifts. They will turn your bathtub into your own personal spa, and believe me, it is a whole lot more affordable. Soaking in plain soap or bubble bath is not quite the same as a  special scented oil or bath salt, that comes in a unique gift presentation that will totally convey the "I care!" message to the absolute highest level.

Women love to feel special - sending a unique and personal gift from ABC Gifts and Baskets is sure to do the trick!

The baskets both sound heavenly and perfect. You are in the right business...you really listen...thanks.  Pat Doss, Executive Vice President, HR Chamber of Commerce

Skin Care Analysis - Find the Right Products

Many skin conditions share similar symptoms. You may think your skin is oily but actually have what is commonly known as a T-zone. The area known as the T-zone forms the 'T' across the forehead, nose, and chin that gives T-zone its name. The other areas of the face, such as the cheeks, eyes, and corners of the mouth are usually dry to normal.

With acne, the most common symptoms are oily skin and pimples; however, adults often have these symptoms as well. Aging skin should be treated differently than a teen's skin. Adults may benefit from anti-aging products rather than acne products which will dry out mature skin. Also, adults may have rosacea--a common problem that is often mistaken for acne. Rosacea sufferers will not see an improvement using acne products.

Another problematic skin type is sensitive skin. Sensitive skin can be found among normal, oily, and dry skin types. Its main challenge is many products can cause sensitive skin to become irritated and break out in rashes, red patches, or become itchy. In this case, it is important to choose only non comedogenic products. That's a fancy way of saying it's non irritating and doesn't clog pores.
